Why the Washington Nationals will be Contenders in 2013

The Washington Nationals. The annual laughing stocks of Major League Baseball. Last season, had 102 losses last season, for the MLB’s worst record. This season is pretty much lost, as well. (16 wins? What the hell is this all about. Manny Acta sucks.)
But I believe, that in 2013, the Nats will be contenders for the NL East division.
