John Wall: Where Is He Going?

NCAA-BB

John Wall is the nation’s No. 1 point guard, drawing comparisons to former and current Memphis Tigers, Derrick Rose and Robert Salli.

Wall is a very fast player and finishes at the rim with ease.  Wall averaged 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists in his senior season at Word of God Acadamy.

Supposedly, Wall was narrowing his schools down, but recently was charged with misdemeaner breaking and entering, which could hurt his chances for recruitment. Although the offense was not as bad as many people think, some schools may not need a player with that kind of problem.

People do all kinds of stupid things. Michael Vick for example, look at what he did and still is getting a few offers. It wasn’t smart by Wall or Vick. They should have thought before they did that and they would be getting offers everywhere.

Duke and Oregon now may not want to take Wall in. The schools he is looking at are: Memphis, Kentucky, North Carolina, Miami, Baylor, Duke, Kansas, and Oregon. He may not be going to Kansas or Memphis because of Calipari’s exit.

I believe he will be going to Kentucky because Coach Calipari, one of the best NCAA coaches is there. Maybe North Carolina, but kentucky has it by a longer shot at it.

He will more than likely go to Kentucky, and if so Kentucky, should have a good team and could possibly win a championship. He will go through this recruting process for a while and we’ll see his decision later on.
